OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS
We have developed a thorough, step by step installation process that ensures a flawless result every single time.
Step 1 — Pre-Installation Inspection Before we begin, our technicians inspect both your truck bed and the topper to check for any damage, alignment issues, or compatibility concerns. We want to make sure everything is in perfect condition before a single bolt is turned.
Step 2 — Truck Bed Preparation We clean and prepare your truck bed rails to ensure a clean, debris-free surface for the topper to seat against. This step is critical for achieving a tight, watertight seal.
Step 3 — Topper Alignment We carefully position the topper on your truck bed, checking the alignment on all four sides to ensure an even, flush fit across the entire length and width of the bed.
Step 4 — Securing & Clamping Once aligned, we securely clamp and fasten the topper to your truck bed using the appropriate hardware for your specific vehicle and topper model. We torque every fastener to the correct specification.

HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE?
Most standard topper installations are completed within one to two hours. More complex installations involving additional accessories such as roof racks, interior lighting, or custom sealing may take two to four hours. We will always give you an estimated completion time when you book your appointment so you can plan your day accordingly.
We offer a comfortable waiting area at all of our installation locations so you can relax while our team gets to work. Alternatively, if you prefer to drop your vehicle off and collect it later, we are happy to accommodate that too.

Do I need to buy my topper from you to use your installation service? No. We are happy to install toppers and accessories purchased from other suppliers, provided the product is compatible with your vehicle and in good condition.
Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in? We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee availability, however we do accept walk-ins subject to technician availability on the day.
Will installation affect my truck’s warranty? No. Our professional installation process is designed to protect both your truck and your topper warranty. We use manufacturer approved installation methods and hardware at all times.
What if something goes wrong after installation? All of our installations are backed by a workmanship guarantee. If you experience any issues directly related to the installation within 90 days, bring your vehicle back and we will put it right at no charge.
Can you remove and reinstall a topper if I change vehicles? Yes. We offer topper removal and reinstallation services for customers who are changing their vehicle. Contact us for pricing and availability.
